Design Aspect is a proprietorship firm led by Ar. Sandip Porecha, engaged in the design of Architectural & Interior Projects. He graduated from Rachna Sansad’s Academy Of Architecture in 1988.

Having spent 5 years as Senior Architect in a well-known architectural firm, in 1993, he started his own practice. Design Aspect was formed with a ray of hope to be innovative & beyond. We have a multilevel 1000 sq. ft Office in the prime commercial locality of Kandivali (East).

Ar. Sandip is also an active Rotarian and Past President of the Rotary Club Bombay North West Malad.

To date, DESIGN ASPECT has completed over 800 projects of various types like Commercial, Healthcare, & Residences.

M/s. Numeric Project Management Consultancy is an in-house project management consultancy firm taking care of the timely completion of projects with excellent finishing and cost-effectiveness and is headed by Nikita Porecha.
